Installation Services :

Crescent Scientific’s installation program is dedicated to guiding our customers from pre-installation through training and beyond. When an instrument is purchased from any of it's principals. Crescent Scientific’s dedicates one of it's product specialist to take care and monitor all phase of installation right from pre-requisite up to training of the customer.

Installation Process

  • Crescent’s Engineer / Product Specialist along with the customer begin to formulate the installation plan.
  • Review of installation plan with customer.
  • Installation resources are determined.
  • Crescent’s Engineer / Product Specialist align resources and schedule the installation.
  • Installation of system and product training are performed.
  • Customer receives Post Installation Survey one month after installation.
  • Crescent’s Engineer / Product Specialist follow-up with customer 3 and 6 months after installation.
  • Follow up call with customer begins a yearly cycle.

Instrument Validation and Calibration Services

Crescent Scientific follow GMP guidelines, perform all tests in the validation protocol and provide you with all the protocols, data, error logs and documentation. Rely upon us to pass your Installation, Operational and Performance Qualifications for you.

Crescent Scientific Pvt. Ltd. can also develop Validation protocols (if required) to meet your internal SOP requirements or for Instrument Qualification or for 21 CFR Part 11 Qualification. Qualification Doc Sets are included when the qualification service is purchased, but also can be purchased separately without the service.

Installation Qualification (IQ)

Assures your instrument is received in good condition and as ordered. We will confirm the system meets product specifications. The system will be inspected to verify it is in good working condition, and all proper connections and accessory installation will be checked.

Operational Qualification (OQ) and Mechanical Qualification (MQ)

Verifies the system is functioning and that all critical operational parameters are within stated specification. This certifies that the mechanical performance of the system is satisfactory and that the system is available for further performance qualification.

Performance Qualification (PQ)

Ensures that the system is working properly. We will verify and certify that the instrument meets Performance Verification Test (PVT) requirements per USP <711> guidelines using USP RS tablets for Dissolution System & PQ for other Instruments as per the regulatory guidelines.

Preventative Maintenance (PM)

Assures that the system continues to operate properly and that no component becomes incompatible due to use. All electronic and mechanical components will be inspected and replaced as necessary.

Maintenance and Service Contract

Maintaining your equipment along with regularly scheduled Preventative Maintenance visits ensure reliability and extends the life of the instrument. Your equipment is a critical part of your business and downtime is one of the most expensive results of even minimal neglect. Many of our customers believe it is worth the investment to ensure unlimited on-site repairs, First priority emergency service calls, insulation from part price increases and unlimited use of our Technical Support Center. However, we realize that one service contract may not be a good fit for every customer. So we've broadened our contract offerings to better suit the diversity of the scientists we serve.

Technical Support and Repair Services

Customer FIRST Technical Support
The Customer First Technical Support is available to customers currently under a standard one year warranty, a support plan agreement, or those that prefer a per call billable arrangement. Through this service, Crescent’s Technical Support Specialists can provide you with the technical assistance that you need, when you need it.

The Technical Support should be contacted for assistance with the following: - Instrument troubleshooting
- Software troubleshooting
- Replacement part information
- Repair instructions

Depot Repair Service
Crescent Scientific offers our Depot Repair as an affordable alternative to small instrument service calls for repair and calibration.

Training and Certification

Crescent Offers Training & Development at the customer’s site with hands-on experience on the instruments and accelerated learning approaches. We provide the flexibility to our busy customers need in order to meet their training objectives. On-site training is ideal for any automation user and is especially useful for those facilities that have multiple system users. Periodically, we also sponsor Training Road Shows, bringing our trainers and equipment to various locations throughout India.
